From 1988 to 1993, I worked for a tour guiding company based in Toronto and the Niagara region, where I was responsible for both tour guiding and tour operations. In 1994, I joined Kintetsu International Express (Canada) Inc., Toronto Branch, as the Manager responsible for inbound tour operations. In 2005, I was transferred to Vancouver branch to serve as Branch Manager. Since 2024, I have been serving as Director of the Corporate Business Division at JTB Canada.
