I have been fortunate to build a diverse career across many sectors of the tourism industry, beginning in transportation with organizations such as Greyhound Pioneer and Ansett Airlines in Australia. From there, I moved into sales and tourism roles with the iconic Rocky Mountaineer in Vancouver, followed by positions with international tour operators including Air Transat in Canada and Canadian Affair in the United Kingdom.

Today, I am proud to serve as Manager, Tour & Travel Trade with Niagara Falls Tourism, where I work closely with travel trade partners, tour operators, industry associations, and destination partners from around the world to promote Niagara Falls as a premier visitor destination.

This breadth of experience, spanning transportation, tour operations, sales, and destination marketing, has provided me with a unique perspective on our industry and a deep appreciation for the important role each sector plays in creating exceptional travel experiences. It has also strengthened my passion for supporting the continued growth, collaboration, and long-term success of the tourism industry both in Canada and internationally.
