With experience across tourism, hospitality, and destination development, Bella has built a career focused on revenue growth, strategic partnerships, international market development, and stakeholder engagement. She has worked extensively with international tour operators, corporate clients, hotels, attractions, destination organizations, and tourism partners to strengthen business relationships and drive visitation.

In her current role with Malahat SkyWalk, one of Vancouver Island’s leading attractions, Bella leads B2B development and strategic partnerships across domestic and international markets. Her work focuses on expanding trade relationships, increasing market reach, and translating partnerships into sustainable business results. Previously, at Oak Bay Beach Hotel, Bella progressed through several sales roles to Sales Manager, where she managed group, tour, corporate, and international business while developing long term relationships with key industry partners.

Bilingual in English and Mandarin, Bella brings a valuable cross-cultural perspective and a strong understanding of Canada and Asia Pacific tourism.
