I have spent my career building partnerships, developing high-performing teams, and creating sustainable growth strategies across tourism, hospitality, transportation, and travel trade organizations. Currently, I am the Vice President, Commercial at TRAXX, where I lead sales, marketing and commercial strategy with a team across Canada and the United States.

What motivates me the most is bringing people together around a common goal. Throughout my career, I have worked with industry partners and teams around the world to strengthen relationships, solve challenges, and identify new opportunities for growth. I believe meaningful collaboration is what drives long-term success, whether that is within an organization or across an industry.

Prior to TRAXX, I held senior commercial leadership positions with Armstrong Collective and Pursuit Collection, leading global sales teams and helping organizations adapt, grow, and navigate significant change. These experiences provided me with a broad perspective on the opportunities and challenges facing Canada's tourism industry and the importance of strong industry advocacy and partnerships.

With my previous experience with CITAP+, I have seen firsthand the value the association brings in supporting inbound tourism and connecting industry partners across Canada. I am passionate about helping Canada remain a world-class destination and would be honoured to continue contributing my leadership and industry perspective as a member of the CITAP+ Board
