This year’s CITAP Winter Function will take place on Tuesday, December 3rd at the Sheraton Vancouver Airport Hotel.
Join us for our 2019 CITAP Annual Winter Function being held Tuesday, December 3rd, 2019 at the Sheraton Vancouver Airport Hotel in Richmond, BC! The full day program will include morning educational sessions, an afternoon trade show known as the Winter Marketplace, and finally a networking reception and dinner.
Event Parking: Please note event parking is FREE for all attendees of the 2019 CITAP Winter Function. To reserve parking, please click here and enter your vehicle licence plate number. Parking for this event is valid from 12/01/2019 10:00 am to 12/06/2019 02:00 pm. Please note: No pass is required to be displayed.

Educational Seminar:
This year’s educational seminar will feature a panel discussion with our expert Receptive Tour Operators. Come and learn about current market information, future trends, opportunities and challenges for suppliers and RTOs. The panelists will represent business from core Asia/Pacific markets (China, Japan, Australia and Korea), and emerging markets (South East Asia, India and Taiwan). The morning will begin at 9am and conclude by 11:30am at the latest. See you there!
Marketplace:
The 2019 CITAP Annual Winter Function marketplace will take place from 1pm to 5pm. The format is free-flow, mini-marketplace style. Each exhibitor has a small table for displaying collateral and giveaways, and the opportunity to place a pop-up banner on the floor behind them. Last year, CITAP had over 150+ exhibitors of tourism businesses from across Canada, and we expect to have the same turn out again this year (so register early!). The marketplace is visited by Vancouver & Richmond based Receptive Tour Operators, and it is your chance to connect with personnel that you may not usually see at a trade show. Don’t forget to bring lots of business cards for all of your new connections with RTOs and CITAP members!

Reception / Dinner:
It is time to celebrate and network with your new and existing CITAP connections! The 2019 CITAP Winter Function Reception and Dinner will take place from 6pm to 9pm. Last year, we had over 300+ guests, and we expect the same this year. Register early for this year’s event!
