We are pleased to announce that the 26th CITAP+ Winter Function will take place Tuesday, December 5th at the River Rock Casino Resort in Richmond, BC.
Registration will open Tuesday, September 5th and early bird pricing will be in effect until Friday, October 6th at 5pm PT. The 2023 CITAP+ Winter Function will consist of a full day of events, including morning educational sessions and an afternoon marketplace and dinner reception.

We’d also like to remind everyone of the Early Bird registration deadline of Friday, October 6th at 5 PM PDT. Please note that your membership must be in good standing to register for Winter Function.
Dinner only requests for our Winter event will be restricted to those who are in the direct employment of RTO/CUS/DMO members with the following exception:
- In order to promote networking opportunities between RTO’s and their DMO/CUS partners, we are encouraging those DMO/CUS members with means and a shared commitment to invite more RTO’s to attend the dinner as their “dinner only” guests.
- Tour guides, especially those who have been CITAP+ certified may be considered part of an RTO’s operations.
As our cornerstone event, the Winter Function is the occasion for members to put the “+” in CITAP+…to open our doors to those who share our vision and to support our RTO partners as they continue their long journey to full recovery…
Hotel Information & Complimentary Parking
Please be advised that our host hotel, River Rock Casino Resort, is providing a special guest rate for our Winter Function Attendees. You may book your accommodations online through the online booking portal or call (604) 247-8900 to book your rooms by quoting CITAP EVENT, block code 2312CITAPE.
Complimentary event parking will be available for the event. Please refer to map.
Reminder that to register, please ensure your 2023 membership is in good standing.
To renew your membership, please follow the steps below:
1. Log in to your account on our website: https://citap.ca/my-account.
If you have forgotten your password, please click “lost your password” and follow the prompts.
If there has been a change in personnel in your company, create a new profile upon checkout.
2. Once logged in, go to “Become a Member” from the Membership drop-down at the top, find your respective membership category, and add it to your cart to prompt check-out.
3. Complete payment information.
