2022 CITAP Annual General Meeting
Date: Wednesday, June 29, 2022
Time: 10:00 – 11:00 AM (PT) AGM

IMPORTANT: Your membership must be in good standing to participate at the AGM.
CITAP Board of Directors OPENINGS for 2022/23 ELECTION
- 4 (four) RTO Openings (with a maximum of 3 directors per region); 2 openings- Asia Pacific; 1 opening- Europe; 1 opening- The Americas
- 1 (one) DMO Opening
- 3 (three) CUS Openings (with a maximum of 2 directors per sub-category)
The 2022 Directors Election will also be held electronically. Ballots will open on Wednesday, June 22nd and close at 12:00 pm (Pacific Time) on Tuesday, June 28th. Elected Directors’ name will be announced at the 2022 Annual General Meeting on Wednesday, June 29th. There will not be a proxy this year, because physical presence at AGM is not required to vote. Members are elected to the Board of Directors for a two-year term.
