2020 CITAP Annual General Meeting
This unprecedent COVID-19 pandemic crisis has impacted everyone’s life. Our business environment has changed considerably and the road to recovery is challenging. CITAP is here to support you and help get us all through this difficult time together.
As announced earlier, the 2020 AGM will be held electronically via Zoom Cloud on Tuesday, June 30. Online registration through Zoom is now open. There is no cost to attend the meeting.
IMPORTANT: Your membership must be in good standing to participate at the AGM.

CITAP Board of Directors OPENINGS for 2020/21 ELECTION
4 (four) RTO Openings (with a maximum of 3 directors per region)
1 (one) DMO Openings
3 (three) CUS Openings (with a maximum of 2 directors per sub-category)
If you would like to nominate someone or seek a seat on our Board of Directors, please review our nomination and slate document and submit the nomination form by Monday, May 25 and subsequently a nominee profile by Friday, May 29. The Nominations Committee will present a slate of nominees for election to members prior to election day. Directors must be elected from this slate and nominations will not be accepted after the cut-off date – Monday, May 25. The 2020 Directors Election will also be held electronically. Ballot will open on Monday, June 22 and close at 12:00 pm (Pacific Time) on Monday, June 2. Elected Directors’ name will be announced at the 2020 Annual General Meeting on Tuesday, June 30. There will not be a proxy this year, because physical presence at AGM is not required to vote. Members are elected to the Board of Directors for a two-year term.
