2023 CITAP+ Annual General Meeting
Date: Tuesday, June 27, 2023
Time: 10:00 – 11:00 AM (PT) AGM

IMPORTANT: Your membership must be in good standing to participate at the AGM.
CITAP Board of Directors OPENINGS for 2023/24 ELECTION
- 7 (seven) RTO Openings (with a maximum of 3 directors per region); 6 openings- Asia Pacific; 1 opening- The Americas
- 2 (two) DMO Opening
- 5 (five) CUS Openings (with a maximum of 2 directors per sub-category)
The 2023 Directors Election will also be held electronically. Ballots will open on Tuesday, June 20th and close at 12:00 pm (Pacific Time) on Monday, June 26th. Elected Directors’ name will be announced at the 2023 Annual General Meeting on Tuesday, June 27th. There will not be a proxy this year, because physical presence at AGM is not required to vote. Members are elected to the Board of Directors for a two-year term.
