2021 CITAP Annual General Meeting

Please mark your calendars, the 2021 AGM will be held electronically via Zoom Cloud on Wednesday, June 23rd. Online registration through Zoom will open in early June, so please stay tuned! There will be no cost to attend the meeting.

IMPORTANT: Your membership must be in good standing to participate at the AGM.

CITAP Board of Directors OPENINGS for 2020/21 ELECTION 

7 (seven) RTO Openings (with a maximum of 3 directors per region) 

2 (two) DMO Openings

3 (three) CUS Openings (with a maximum of 2 directors per sub-category) 

If you would like to nominate someone or seek a seat on our Board of Directors, please review our nomination and slate document and submit the nomination form by Wednesday, May 19th and subsequently a nominee profile by Tuesday May 25th. The Nominations Committee will present a slate of nominees for election to members prior to election day. Directors must be elected from this slate and nominations will not be accepted after the cut-off date – Wednesday May 19th.

One to two weeks prior to the AGM, CITAP will give all candidates the opportunity to address membership as part of their campaign via Zoom. We urge all members to attend this call to get to know the candidates. Please ensure your contact information on our website is current in case the nominees would like to approach members individually. To update your profile, please log in to your CITAP account on our website.

The 2021 Directors Election will also be held electronically. Ballot will open on Wednesday, June 16th and close at 12:00 pm (Pacific Time) on Tuesday, June 22nd. Elected Directors’ name will be announced at the 2021 Annual General Meeting on Wednesday, June 23rd.  There will not be a proxy this year, because physical presence at AGM is not required to vote. Members are elected to the Board of Directors for a two-year term.
