07:30-08:15 Breakfast with the Board in Pavilion Ballroom A & B @$42 + GST

The idea of this event, is not only to get fuelled up for the busy day ahead, but to create an opportunity where members and Directors have the chance   for an open conversation.  If you have an idea on how we can improve ourselves, this might be the place and time to bounce off a few ideas. 

08:30-11:30 CITAP Workshop/Market Update in Pavilion Ballroom C & D @$100 + GST for non-Members, no charge for members

The admission charge for non-Members can be credited toward 2014 membership if you decide to join CITAP. 

13:00-17:00 CITAP Winter Marketplace in Grand Ballroom @$510 + GST including one dinner ticket, additional $50 + GST charge for the second delegate to attend

CITAP Supplier and DMO members are invited to exhibit in an informal tabletop Marketplace where RTO staff can access updated information for planning, operations and reservations. Approximately 150 staff from local Tour Operation companies (RTO) is expected to attend. 

Note for Exhibitors ... (i) exhibit tables this year are 6 ft, (ii) tabletop display should not exceed 8ft in height from the floor, (iii) one pop-up banner per exhibitor and must be placed ON the floor behind the exhibit table, (iv) maximum of 2 delegates per exhibit table, (v) dinner ticket for the first delegate is included, (vi) access to electrical power available at $35 + GST, (vii) access to wireless internet available at $40 + GST 

***Exhibitors can start table setup from 11AM on the day.

Package Shipments for Exhibitors: 
Please ensure propoer labeling of all deliveries. The hotel will not accept shipments earlier than five (5) days prior to December 3. A storage fee of$5 per peice per day will be assessed and charged.
